Meeting Planner

Enter a date and a clock time in the first zone, then add two more IANA zones. The planner finds that one instant and writes the local clock in each place, with the hour gaps on that date.

The axis is one UTC day. The gold mark is the meeting. The three labels are the same moment, not three different appointments. Offsets follow the date you enter, including daylight saving.

Meeting questions

Which clock do I type?

Type the wall clock in the first zone. The other two rows are that same instant, not new start times.

Why is there only one mark on the axis?

A meeting is one instant. The axis is one UTC day. The mark is that instant. The three labels are how each city writes it.

Does daylight saving change the picture?

Yes, when a zone changes offset on that date. Compare January 15 and July 15 with New York, Los Angeles, and London to see the labels move.
